Welcome! I’m Kate, and thank-you for taking the time to check out my blog.

I am the mom of a lively five year old boy (who I will often refer to as The Little), and fur mom to an equally lively pooch named Morty (or Mo, MoMo, Moo, Morty Moo, etc). Our little family lives in Canada, which means we alternate between cottaging and hibernation, depending on the season.

I started this blog after I purchased an Instant Pot , and was amazed by the variety of different foods that I could cook in it. I decided to start documenting the different recipes I tested, and hopefully they will inspire you to experiment as well.
